Reflexology will never be the same again… Stone Sole shares the amazing healing powers of Reflexology with the magic of alternating temperature applied through heated and cooled stones, to create a powerful and effective treatment.

Along with all of the benefits of Reflexology; relaxation, grounding, reduction of pain and balancing the systems of the body, temperature adds additional aspects. Alternating temperatures aid in balancing the nervous system, stimulating the lymphatic system, supporting the digestion and elimination processes of the body. Warming the tissue of the feet and hands reduces tension and gives the therapist an opportunity to address the reflexes at a deeper level. The cool stones stimulate those glands and organs that are sluggish and need that gentle push to bring them into homeostasis. Warming the tissue with the stones first to increase the circulation, supports the next step of adding chilled stones to move the congestion and waste, swiftly and painlessly.

The treatment makes Reflexology a full body treatment by placing stones along the spine while in supine position (laying face up) and on the spine in prone position (laying face down). The deep relaxation is enhanced by offering the client warm or cool stones in their hands during the treatment. The result is a feeling of being cocooned in soothing alternating temperatures combined with the powerful effects of stimulating the reflex points.

Stone Sole also addresses the energetic aspects of the body by cleansing the energetic field. Drawing on earth energy released from the stones varying temperature, as well as the interaction of the electro-magnetic field of the stones themselves, results in a unique form of Reflexology.

Stone Sole has received feedback from hundreds of clients, confirming that the use of stones brings a deeper level of relaxation and that the effects were deeper and longer lasting than conventional reflexology treatments. We advise that Stone Sole be an addition to your services offering clients both traditional and new methods of treatment. Working with stones also saves pressure on your own hands and fingers, prolonging your career as a therapist.
